Black Friday is Friday, November 27, 2026 and Cyber Monday is Monday, November 30, 2026. Amazon usually opens its Black Friday deals several days before and keeps them running through Cyber Monday; it had not announced its 2026 dates when we checked on October 8, 2026, and we will update this page when it does. Late November is when recovery gear, red light devices and gift-friendly wellness products are most often discounted. This page covers what to buy, what to check so a deal is real, and the return rules to read before you pay.

When are Black Friday and Cyber Monday 2026?

Black Friday falls the day after US Thanksgiving: November 27, 2026. Cyber Monday is November 30, 2026. Many retailers start earlier. On Amazon, most Black Friday deals are open to everyone, while some are reserved for Prime members (the free 30-day trial counts). Bookmark this page: we will add Amazon’s dates as soon as they are confirmed.

What to buy, and what to check first

Supplements to stock up on: the everyday basics rather than exotic formulas: magnesium glycinate (our magnesium guide), omega-3 fish or algae oil (omega-3 guide), vitamin D3 with K2 (D3+K2 guide), creatine monohydrate (forms compared) and electrolyte powders (electrolyte guide). Compare the price per serving, not the sticker price: a discount on a 30-serving tub can still cost more per serving than a 120-serving tub at full price.

How to avoid paying for a fake discount

1. Check the price before the sale. Look up what you want now, so you can tell a real discount from an inflated “list price”. Check cold plunge prices →

2. Decide the spec first, not the discount. For cold plunges: capacity and insulation. For saunas and blankets: low EMF. For red light: 660 and 850 nm and published irradiance. Our free cold plunge calculator, sauna calculator and red light calculator tell you what you actually need.

3. Read the return policy before you pay. Sale items are not always returnable. Vellgus, for example, treats discounted items as final sale and charges a 20% restocking fee on other returns within 30 days. In past years Amazon extended returns for most items bought in November and December until January 31; check the current terms on the product page, especially for gifts.

4. Stock the consumables when they drop. Creatine, magnesium and omega-3 keep for months: Creatine deals →

Frequently asked questions

Is Black Friday a good time to buy a cold plunge or a sauna?

Often, yes: late November is one of the most common times for recovery gear to go on sale. Compare the sale price with the price a few weeks earlier, and check the delivery date if it is a gift.

Do I need Prime to get Amazon’s Black Friday deals?

Most Black Friday deals on Amazon are open to everyone. Prime adds free fast shipping on most items, and some deals are Prime-only; the free 30-day trial counts.

What should I buy first on a budget?

An inflatable tub plus bagged ice is the cheapest way to start cold plunging; add a chiller later, once the habit sticks. See our cold plunge cost breakdown.
