Andrew Huberman’s Supplement Protocol (From His Podcast)
Dr. Andrew Huberman, neuroscientist and host of the Huberman Lab podcast at Stanford, is one of the most referenced voices in evidence-based supplement use. His protocols are detailed in multiple podcast episodes and have been compiled here with the clinical evidence for each supplement.
Foundation Supplements (Daily)

Focus and Cognitive Performance Stack
Alpha-GPC 300mg: Pre-workout or pre-focus-work. Raises acetylcholine. Huberman mentions 10-30 min pre-training. Cycles off 1-2x/week to prevent TMAO accumulation concerns.
Tyrosine 500mg: Dopamine and norepinephrine precursor. Pre-demanding tasks. Not taken with caffeine as the combined stimulant effect can cause anxiety.
Testosterone and Longevity Stack
